A payer of salary, etc. shall submit a “Notification of Establishment of a Salary-Paying Office”（給与支払事務所等の開設届出書）to the district director of the competent tax office for the salary-paying office, etc. within one month of the date of occurrence of any of the following events

給与の支払者は、次に掲げる事実が生じた場合には、その事実が生じた日から１か月以内に「給与支払事務所等の開設届出書」を、その給与支払事務所等の所在地の所轄税務署長に提出することになっています
